With the upcoming Ruggedized versions of the N-Series cameras, the rear panel is simplified to a single input/output source. The system retains its resistance to shock and vibrations, but an added waterproof body confers even greater freedom of use and increases the variety of tasks for which these cameras are ideal, appending such applications as underwater testing.
Consisting of the same internal components and native capabilities as the other N-Series cameras, NR models run the gamuts of resolution and speed in order to communicate IDT's dedication to serving the individual needs of its clients. Built sturdy and small with sensor arrays ranging from one to four megapixels, and recording speeds up to a startling 130,000 at lower resolutions, these cameras are designed to tackle jobs that are light on available space and physical comfort yet demand exceptional images.
Using the optional battery pack and the N-Series capacity for completely autonomous control, these cameras are able to leave behind the power cord and computer and record those moments that need to be wireless. Add the ability to operate in HighG situations, these cameras can operate within a wider variety of extreme conditions than competing cameras. This versatility makes these cameras the prime choice for recording in the fields of microscopy, on-board automotive and airborne testing, safe from the danger of invading particles or fluids which might deactivate another camera.
